ОКОИ должен создать мастер-план Игр (на основании мастер-плана МОК) в соответствии с техническими требованиями, установленными МОК. Первая версия мастер-плана Игр должна быть представлена в МОК для утверждения вместе с базовым планом Игр. ОКОИ должен регулярно предоставлять мастер-план Игр для рассмотрения и утверждения МОК. Любые изменения по сравнению с первой и последующими версиями мастер-плана Игр должны быть утверждены МОК и высшим руководством ОКОИ.

Games master schedule
OCOG must establish a Games master schedule (based on the IOC master schedule) according to the technical requirements set up by the IOC. The first version of the Games master schedule must be submitted to the IOC for approval with the Games foundation plan. The OCOG must regularly submit the Games master schedule for review and approval by the IOC. Any changes from the first and subsequent versions of the Games master schedule must be approved by the IOC and the OCOG top executives.
